Become a member of The Club and have full access to the six championship golf courses, great court sports (31 tennis courts, paddle ball, pickleball, bocce), and a 50,000-square foot fitness center. The Club also offers four clubhouses including seven dining options from traditional steakhouse and sushi to lowcountry traditional and fresh coastal catches. The Community and Club have been resident and member-owned since the 1990's, offering a unique level of stability.

The Landings sits on Skidaway Island, a 4,200 acre barrier island in Chatham County, Georgia, about fifteen miles southeast of downtown Savannah. The community puts downtown at twenty minutes, and that holds up outside of rush hour and St. Patrick's Day. Understand what kind of island this is before you go further. Skidaway is a marsh island on the Intracoastal Waterway, not an oceanfront one. You get tidal creeks, maritime forest, and deepwater docks. You do not get a beach. Tybee is roughly forty minutes away by car.
